Tariff Terms and Conditions

All prices are per room per night, based on two adults sharing a Double/Twin room inclusive of VAT at 17.5%. A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of 50% per room required for all bookings.

No cancellation fee will be payable provided the cancellation is made 48 hours prior to 2pm on the day of arrival.

Double or Twin bedrooms used for single occupancy are subject to a supplement.

Rooms are available from 2.30pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure.

Pets are accepted at a charge of £10.00 per night. Only guide dogs are permitted in food service areas.

Please note that all rooms are strictly non-smoking, therefore any smoking in bedrooms will incur a charge of an additional full night accommodation.

Any loss of keys will be charged prior to departure at a cost of £10.00 per set.  Likewise any damage to rooms/property will be charged accordingly.

We accept most credit cards and personal cheques guaranteed by a bank card, with the exception of American Express.

We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notification, but will not do so once a reservation is guaranteed.

Additional beds ie. Z-Beds can be put into any room and are charged at a supplement of £15.00 per bed, per night, including breakfast and vat.
